Staff is eager to help guest and the facility is well kept. The views are expansive and not crowded. The weather is nice almost every month of the year. The hard woods display an array of colors in the fall. The trails nearby offer enjoyment for nature lovers and the occasional hiker.
So friendly and helpful staff. The view from here is worth stopping by to see as well! Also a good place to use the restroom if needed.
Beautiful place! This is a must see if you like the outdoors. Great for hiking. You might want to plan a couple hours or more to begin to see & enjoy the place. The bigger downside to this area - bring your own food, water, hand sanitizer AND toilet paper.
Fun knick knacks and park facts. Has a nice ladies bathroom with 3 stalls. Warm on a cold day.
Poor attitude from the first park ranger. The second one was helpful after she finally engaged. Most of these guys are usually very excited to help. The first lady( ranger) was not interested in helping at all. Then picked up the phone as if we weren't even talking already.
