2 stars for the "pet friendly room" we stayed in - in dire need of refurbishment. The place is showing it's age. I'm sure there are nicer rooms there and I hear the villa/detached suites are nice. Did not eat here so I can't review the restaurant. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. Free coffee in lobby was good. I will give them another chance, but only if pet friendly rooms are upgraded.

I took my children for the Festival of Lights as this is our family tradition and my boys loved it! They know Santa is coming soon. Thanks for the beautiful display of lights. We stopped on the way home to purchase some peanut butter caramel fudge from the store and it was a huge hit with our friends!

Very beautiful! Lots of activities. Stayed at the Mountain Creek Inn. Rooms were spacious and cabin-like with nice views of the surrounding area. No breakfast served near the rooms though so you have to plan ahead for that.

We've driven down to Callaway from Atlanta twice this year after having not gone in over 5 years. Man, this place has stepped up their game. It's beautiful, well managed, safe, and the Festival of Lights kicked off the Christmas Season for us perfectly. We will come back again this year. Well worth the hour plus drive. The bike paths were brand new.

Used to go a lot as a kid. Twenty years later it's changed some, the vegetable garden and the horticulture center are gone, but still has the beautiful gardens and good food I remember. The lodge is the place to stay. We went for the Christmas lights and they did not disappoint. Beautiful and fun to walk through. Good golfing, kayaking, bass fishing, and biking areas. A wonderful place for relaxing.
