First of all they have great prices, but there customer service and communication skills suck. When I walked in the door at 11:50 no one even spoke to me. No one told me to sign in or anything. This is the first time I have ever been there and I drove 1 hour to get there. When asked what I was there for I told them and the old women at the desk was rude as all get out and kept rolling her eyes with everything I said. I called BEFORE I left my house to tell them I would be there 5 minutes before they close for lunch, so I asled should I wait until 2 to come and I was told NO COME ON our waiting room is full so just come on. So I did. I was advised of estimate for services which were $30 exam fee and lab work around $200 and if surgery was needed $400-$500. That was it. When I left I got a call after I was 1 mile down the road saying I needed to leave a $300 deposit for surgery. So I did that over the phone! When I returned to pick my dog up 2 days later I'm told I have to pay a walk in fee of $10 PLUS and emergency fee of $50. I asked why and I'm told bc I didn't make an appt and I walked in 5 minutes before they closed for lunch. Ok so That's what I was told to do. I asked if I should wait and I was told NO just come on. But even so why wasn't I advised there would be that fee? When I ask them that they ALL GOT RUDE AND TOLD ME I WAS LYING that no one told me to come on. Supposedly the girl I talked to wasn't there. So with that said if you have money to waste be my guest and go there. But I don't have money to just throw away which is why I asked up front about the cost and was never told about the extra fees. These folks are RUDE!!!
I can't say enough good things. Not knowing they were closed for vacation, I went to get my cat food (They are the only ones that sell the royal canine s/o around here), I was nervous about where I was going to go to find it, luckily some one was there and they opened the door to help me, I am so grateful that they allowed me in and let me purchase the food!!!

Absolutely the best vets in the world! These are the sweetest, most caring people in the whole wide world! Doc. Mike tried everything possible to save my baby, and when we had to make the heartbreaking decision, they helped us through the process! Doc. Mike and Rachel helped us deliver our baby home in the sweetest way possible! Thank you guys for everything!
If I could give less than 1 star, I would! For starters, the lady at the desk was more than rude. Then they didnt feed or water my pet for 3 days he was there. At pick up, they brought out the wrong pet. When we got home, he was covered in fleas and flea eggs. Not to mention they tacked on a list of fees that were not mentioned prior (even though we called twice to make sure of the prices of everything!) Bottom line, will NEVER use this vet again!
